For hotel reservation please fill in the downloadable registration form (Adobe Acrobat Document) and send it by fax to EUROKONGRESS GmbH, fax n° +49 (0)89 210 98 698 or register online via online registration tool.

Please note that the hotel rooms will be allocated on a 'first come first serve' basis.

Upon receipt of the accommodation form, EUROKONGRESS will make every effort to meet the participant's requirements. However, in the event of the preferred hotel being fully booked, EUROKONGRESS reserves the right to book another available alternative.

Your reservation will be confirmed when EUROKONGRESS has received a valid credit card (number and expiry date; all common credit cards are accepted) to guarantee the booking. Please settle your invoice directly with the hotel when checking out.

 

Changes or cancellation

Changes or cancellations must be made in writing to EUROKONGRESS GmbH.

Please note that in case of cancellation or no-show the hotels reserve the right to charge the full stay if the hotel room cannot be resold.
