Registration

For online registration please use the online registration tool of EUROKONGRESS GmbH.

You also can register via fax by downloading the printable registration form (Adobe Acrobat Document) and send it to EUROKONGRESS GmbH, fax n°: +49 - (0)89 - 210 98 698.

You will receive a confirmation by mail. Your personal documents will be available at the congress office on-site.

Please note that pre-registrations can only be accepted through 04.09.2008.

From 05.09.2008 registrations have to be made on-site.

 

Number of participants

We strongly recommend to pre-register as early as possible as the number of participants is limited. On-site registrations are subject to availability.

390,00 € for ESUR/SUR Member

440,00 € for Non-Member

290,00 € for Residents and Technologists*

135,00 € for Accompanying Persons

60,00 € for Members’ Dinner

70,00 € for Course Dinner

 

*Please note that for the registration as resident or technologist a certificate of your employer is required.

 

The conference fees include the participation in the scientificsessions, coffee breaks, lunches, the welcome reception as well as a 3-day-ticket for the public transport (inner circle Munich).

 

The fee for accompanying persons includes a guided walking tour in the Munich city centre, the welcome reception and a 3-day-ticket for the public transport (inner circle Munich) and does not include the participation in the scientific sessions.

 

Day tickets can only be purchased on-site depending on availability.

 

The early registration fee is applicable for registration and payment by 15.06.2008. From 16.06.2008 on the late registration fee will be charged without further notice.

Cancellation

A refund on the registration fees less an administrative fee of 40,00 € will be made when a written cancellation is received by 11.08.2008 ( This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it ). Thereafter no refunds can be made.
